Rob Miller-Director
Rob is a father of 3 with over 35 years of theatre experience. He started acting as a child extra with the Lancaster Opera Company (LOC) performing at the Fulton Opera House in Lancaster PA. He carried his love of acting all through school and performed for years with the LOC as well as various roles in church and High School productions. While in High School he had the opportunity with his school vocal ensemble and marching band to perform at such places as Olympic Stadium in Montreal Canada, Epcot Center in Orlando Florida, and Wembley Concert Hall in London England. Once he graduated High School he took his love of all things music and studied education at Millersville University in Millersville PA where he graduated with a BSE in Music Education certified for grades K-12. He started producing musicals at the school he was working at in 2007. In 2009 he started a summer drama program, Drama Rocks in Columbia, MD with his business partner. With that they produced two shows per summer for students in grades 2-12. He then expanded the program to Carroll County where he partnered with the Carroll County Rec and Parks starting in the spring of 2017. Now he is partnering as Constellations Theater Company with Project C Studios where he has been since the Fall of 2020
Grace Miller-Assistant Director/Stage Manager
Grace is a high school graduate as of 2022 who has expressed a love and passion for theater and children. She started performing in musicals at the age of 7 every summer with Drama Rocks. Once the company expanded to Carroll County, Grace started partaking in roles behind the scenes as both an assistant director and stage manager. She has enjoyed getting to work with each individual child and has decided to take that and pursue a degree that involves working with children starting in the fall of 2022.
Morgan Decker-CHOREOGRAPHER
Morgan Decker is a lifelong dancer with a passion for teaching. She has been a competitive dancer for 14 years and began choreography in high school for both choir and musicals. Throughout high school, she also directed, assistant directed, and stage managed performances. She is currently a student at UMBC majoring in Theatre Design and Production where she is the department’s active Stage Manager. There she has been awarded a Merit of Excellence Award from the Kennedy Center for Stage Management. Additionally, she has choreographed for the Musical Theatre Club on campus for the past two years.
